Ditch the theater style popcorn and other snacks high in sodium and for a healthy alternative : Truffle Popcorn. Truffle Popcorn takes minutes to make and you’ll be so happy with the results. This is a simple recipe that calls for truffle oil and Parmesan cheese. Step outside the box by adding other ingredients such as rosemary or honey to suit your taste!
Truffle Popcorn is my favorite gourmet snack and perfect to serve at a party or your next night-in. Either way, this high fiber snack aims to please!

Prep time 5 minutes
¼ cup of truffle oil
½ cup of uncooked corn kernels
1. Heat the pot to medium high heat.
2. Add ¼ cup of truffle oil.
3. Add ½ cup of uncooked corn kernels.
4. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
5. Place lid on pot and wait 5 minutes for kernels to pop, they will pop for about 5 minutes.
6. Once they are done popping, open lid to check if mostly all the kernels have popped. If so, be careful, some will fly at you! Turn off heat and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and stir.
7. Pour into a bowl and serve!
