Believe it or not, the real food that feeds us goes far beyond the foo on our plate. The real food that sustains and gives us energy can be found in our relationships, careers, hobbies, passions and goals.

    Bonjour! I’m Delphine Remy and as a certified Holistic Nutrition and Eating Psychology Coach. I believe that as people we need more than just organic whole foods to nourish and heal the body. While organic foods and healthy food choices are absolutely important and play a vital role, we also need to be fueled by the positive energy we create in our lives.

    Fulfilling careers, passionate endeavors and loving and supportive relationships have very real and measurable benefits such as boosted immune systems, lower stress levels, extended periods of happiness and longer life spans — this list goes on and is quite possibly infinite.

    SO WHAT IS THE HAPPY SPOON EXACTLY?

    1st of all — let me say this will be very different from anything you’ve ever experienced. The Happy Spoon is not a fad or trend. It is based on real health science that combines nutrition and psychology dynamic tools and techniques to help you evaluate and understand your eating habits.

    What we know about food is changing and the landscape of food and health is constantly evolving. Instead of being scared of food and limiting ourselves, we should learn to look at the foods we eat as a way to create healthier minds and stronger bodies. The HAPPY SPOON will be a dynamic health guide to learning to live + eat well.
