    Start the day with an easy to make, simple and nutrition rich smoothie bowl. Berries are a nutritional powerhouse (especially the darker ones like blackberries and blueberries) loaded with antioxidants such as flavonoids and vitamins. Avid runner? Grab a bowl of blueberries after your run to help your body flush and curb any cravings for carbs.

    Prep Time 10 minutes
    Servings 1 bowl

    Ingredients
    150 gr (1 1/2 cups) raspberries
    25 cl (1 cup) almond, cashew or coconut milk
    1 teaspoon maca powder
    1 tablespoon honey
    ½ banana

    Toppings
    Goji berries
    Chia seeds
    Pumpkin seeds
    Berries
    Homemade Granola (another post)

    Instructions
    Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Add the additional toppings of your choice. I like to decorate the top with pretty lines of each topping!
