Mango Avocado Mozzarella Salad

Mango Avocado Mozzarella Salad is an all-time Summer favorite and excellent choice for spicing up the usual. Treat your family or guests this weekend to the sweet and salty combination of arugula, mango and avocado. This dish is a great conversation piece and will leave your taste buds asking for more.

Preparation time 10 minutes
Portion 1 salad

½ avocado
½ ripe mango
1 handful of arugula
1 handle of pine nuts
Olive oil
6 small mozzarella balls or a whole burrata
Salt and freshly ground pepper

1. Cut the mango and avocado into cubes.
2. Slightly fry the pine nuts.
3. Serve with a handful of arugula, mozzarella balls or a whole burrata.
4. Add salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle with your favorite fruity olive oil.
