Coconut Water and Berries Popsicles

Refresh and hydrate the little ones this summer and with perfectly paired 100% coconut water (from non-GMO coconuts) and fresh berries. This simple, easy to make frozen favorite takes 5 minutes to prepare and is packed with the electrolytes they need to keep them going.

Fresh blueberries, raspberries, blackberries and redcurrants (I like to add a few cherries as well.)
Organic Coconut Water
A few mint leaves (optional)

1. Drop fruits and mint into popsicle molds, make sure they are well distributed, play with a small knife.
2. Pour coconut water over the berries to fill the popsicle mold, then insert popsicle sticks.
3. Cover and chill for several hours.
4. They need to sit on the counter at room temperature for 5 minutes to make them easy to release from the molds.
